This imbecile is suing for loss of ability to participate in normal activities and loss of earning capacity? You know, ripping off elderly people is not really considered a normal activity. But I guess someone stopping her from ripping off the elderly does hurt her "earning capacity."

Hopefully two things happen here: 1) the case gets assigned to one of the decent judges at the 19th impervious to Janice Clark; and 2) a reputable law firm offers to represent the Plummer family pro bono and absolutely destroys Tarsha.
