re: Co-worker with terrible body odor

a few years back everyone on my crew was complaining about this guy and his funky body odor...no one wanted to work with him and he was a great worker but stank really bad ...

I pulled him aside in private and explained his problem to him .. he actually cleaned up for a couple of weeks and then just went back to his poor hygiene ....

well at this point he left me no choice but to call him out in front of the whole crew , i sent him home and told him not to come back until he cleaned up , he showed up the next day clean and we never had an issue after that .....

btw i felt bad about having to do that to someone but he left me no choice ....
