Hey Rouge, take some clothes that are DRY and put in there for 24 hours and see if they get damp. If they DO then you know it is one thing, if they don't then it is something else.

Had this happen to me last summer. After a little research this is what it was. Apparently I like it too cool in my house so it condensates from the heat coming in through the exhaust. I just leave the door cracked now during the summer months and all is well.
