Clear and or UV Tattoos

Does anyone know of any tattoo shops in BR or NO that does clear and or UV tattoos? Preferably in BR area...... and yes I've read all about the possible side effects of phosphorus based inks.

If you want a tattoo but don't want one bad enough that's visible, you shouldn't be getting a tattoo.
You can still see the outlines of the "clear" tattoos FYI, instead of clearly being a tattoo it looks like you have a rash or fricked up skin
