Have to go with Monroe. Hepburn was a bit 'tomboyish' looking in a lot of her photos.

For the record, I think Monroe is vastly overrated and her fame is derived solely from who she slept with (DiMaggio, Arthur Miller, and probably both JFK and Robert). Hepburn fits the mold for the classic beauty but she is hardly the epitome of perfection.
Also, Hayworth destroys Monroe when it comes to sex appeal and gives Hepburn a decent run for her money. Personally, I think that Monroe's face is extremely lacking in terms of aesthetics when compared to other beauties of the mid-20th century.

Tell your wife/gf she looks like Marilyn Monroe, and you'll get a meh, at best. At worst she'll be pissed at you. Tell her she looks like Audrey Hepburn and you'll get a BJ.
