AT&T is not an acronym. It's an initialism.

Larry, you ever have a party line? 2 longs and a short?

I hve never had one, but in my youth I did pick up on one...before I was told how it worked. Even though I was but 7 or so, in my mind I immediately thought of call waiting, but everyone around me thought I was crazy...I just shook my head.

It tripped me out to pick up the phone only to hear my uncle from next door having phone sex with my cousin down the street.

It never occured to me that we could be related.

Actually there were seven because three different people played Joe.

Shemp was Curlys brother and was first then Curly, then Curly had a stroke and Shemp came back for quite a few years then died. They then had three different Joes.

And I've always know what AT&T stands for. Anyone know what The A&P stands for?

My phone number was Murray 6-2350

I really question the 'E' considering how many women's sports they show.

Hope you are well.

I am. Is there a question as to whether I was?

I've always known what AT&T stood for cause I dig quaint anachronisms. ESPN is just sort of dumb, though.

Yelberton Abraham. My wife's grandmother went to high school with him in Marshall, Texas.

And I'm pretty sure he's still alive right?

A&P is The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company.

Yelberton was still selling insurance up until a few years ago. But, yeah, he's still kicking. He was introduced at an LSU football game a couple of hears ago,
