Circumcision—Yay or Nay?

The due date of my son is quickly approaching, and I have not yet made a decision on circumcision.
On one hand, it’s routine with extremely slight risk of complication with benefits being slightly reduced risk of UTI and cancer.
On the other hand, it seems pretty unnecessary. The risk of UTI and cancer is already very low.
What says the OT?

Crew neck > turtle neck.

I also leave my children's major health/bodily autonomy decisions to the OT.
But to answer your question, I'm circumcised and I can't imagine being uncut.

Yay.
I used to work for a urologist. For a grown man to require circumcision is pure torture. Just do it when he cannot remember.

I am circumcised but I will not do the same to any sons I have.

Don’t mutilate your son. In the modern world there is no need to do it.

I had mine done as an adult. My wife came to me and said, "I'll give you more BJs if you get circumcised". My dumb arse was like "ok"...not knowing how much torture this was. The worst six weeks of my life. Not to mention the fact that I lost a half an inch in length. Doing it as a child is different. I would not recommend as an adult.
Note: The frequency of BJs didn't change. Lying arse bitch.

Do you want your kid to hate you for the rest of his life or not?

Yay. Just had one done on my son a few days ago.

There's no medical need - modern hygiene has gotten rid of that. Circumcision does reduce sensitivity.
If you don't do it he will feel incredibly awkward in middle and high school showers as he will be probably the only one like him.
It will have no bearing on his adult life and won't slow down his sex life at all either way.

I don't think your newborn son is gonna care whether you keep your anteater or not.

I mean this is pretty niche
Circumcision is another example of people thinking they know better than thousands/millions of years worth of evolution. But I suppose the alphabet Club know better too so maybe it's a good crowd to be in.
