I would expect the newly elected leader of EBR Parish to promote right over wrong and at least give the appearance that she's capable of doing so !

Yep. They said that whitey was pissed that the COA, run by a black woman, was getting a new $8 million/year budget so they're intentionally trying to torpedo her and the program because they don't want black folks to be in positions of power with big budgets. I shite you not.
