Best is to do legs and back the same day. Make sure to do squats and deadlifts the same day. Builds character.

If you are worried about time, build out a home gym to help you. Unless you are into some weird exercises, you will not need much equipment to supplement arms.

Best advice I've heard/read on those two and how to attack them is to treat the deadlift like the hot chick in class. Pay her some attention. Not a lot, almost ignore her at times and she will come to you. Squats should be similar to fap schedule almost daily if not daily.
