The only way you do that is simultaneously launch ballistic missiles that blanket their entire land mass (but now what, it's more radioactive than Chernobyl) and hope they don't shoot any down. But, we also have to have BMD up and ready because their Jin subs are sure to launch their nuclear missiles. You'd never see land to land combat, kind of like Battle of Coral Sea.
Say that's successful and we expend the nuclear weapons, who's coming knocking on our door? Russia. See why this won't work? Besides that and the fact I'm already stuck at sea, I don't feel like going to war with them
