This. I lived in Norfolk for a bit. You could usually tell when a big ship had deployed by the number of aggressive Navy wives in the bars. I was married at the time, and it certainly did nothing to deter them.

Two tours there, sir. They know no bounds.

My ex was living with her bf and started talking to me in the side. It was weird at first to be secretive but became exciting for a period of time. We dated for a couple years but i remembered how she did her ex and I couldn't get passed that she'd probably do the same to me..

Edit.. So I broke up with her

How does the saying go, if they do it to them they will do it to you?

When we were at Pensacola the then wife and I went to a good friend's wedding. One of the Navy wives there was very pregnant...and also very pretty. She was hitting on me for all she was worth. The wife got quite upset and told her to back off.
My female cousin & her husband allowed his brother to move into their trailer & sleep on the couch. She ends up getting pregnant but the paternity was in question. After birth the paternity test shows it's the brother's. So her son has a half-sister that's to which they're also cousins. My cousin got divorced but took years to marry the brother/new daddy because "she already had his last name." Now, her son's step-dad is also his uncle. They're a bunch of good ol' Auburn fans who live in middle Alabama.
The only good that comes from cheating is that sometimes it gives you an out that you might not be willing to take otherwise.

and remember...if they'll cheat with you, they'll cheat on you.

I was at Ft Eustis when OIF kicked off. Norfolk, Newport News etc are basically all the same place. When we would go out, the women were everywhere. Anyone wanting to get laid could. Easily.

those navy wives are scandalous and trifling....at Kings Bay...they used to put a box of Tide in the window of their houses when the ship would deploy...and take it down when the ship came home...

Tide is out - game on
Tide is in - game off

guys attached to base security just used to ride through the housing area to see who was advertising..

I had a buddy in my squadron whose wife was fricking other dudes in our same squadron when he was on det...she let those guys drive his truck to work and everything...she was smoking hot and he never would believe us...

same guy reenlisted in the Gulf...tax free bonus...she took it all before he hit port...dude couldn't even afford a meal or a beer for that whole deployment when we would pull in...she would swipe his account as soon as the 1st and 15th rolled around...dude had to get PSD to redo all his direct deposit shite while out to sea just so he could eat...

had another dude that worked for me...he was real junior guy but had a smoking hot wife with a kid...lived in housing..dude went to CO's mast and got put on restriction...couldn't even go home to get anything before they took him to restriction either...she called the shop that same day asking if I could come by to pick him up stuff and take it to him since she was not allowed anywhere near restriction area....I go by...and she is in a little nighty...T/A hanging out all over the place...coming on to me strong...the ink was not even dry on his mast punishment and she was trying to frick other dudes...I declined...but many other guys visited that home in that 45 day span

I'm ashamed to say I slayed a few Navy wives. I honestly wondered if I had an illegitimate child with one of them (it was a small % chance).

I was relieved when 12 years later, she FB friended me and I saw that the kid looked like her husband.

I really do feel like shite for doing that stuff when I was younger. You just get caught up in an environment where it seems commonplace and accepted to a degree. it really was as easy as walking into the base club, grinding on a chick for like 5 minutes then she taking you by the hand to the parking lot.

Holy hell what did he do to go to Captain's Mast and get that kind of restriction?

None really. In all honesty, our circle of friends are boring I guess......guess that falls in line with a much lower than average divorce rate among them.

Oh man our O club at Pax was notorious. There weren't many - hardly any - bars as the area off base was mostly rural. It was crazy. And well-known. At the time I was what I thought happily married...if I only knew, there was one or two that may have been torpedoed.
