I've been to Chattanooga a couple times for Riverbend Festival and white water rafting, and I always noticed how downtown was extremely clean looking. It was partly because almost all of their electrical infrastructure is underground. It would make sense that they have fiber there now considering the wiring was probably already set up.

On a side note, I have always thought it would be nice to live there, I love it.

We used to have the FCS Championship game at Finley Stadium. Then it moved.
