Ceramic tile popping oops fixing this post

Ceramic tile substrate is obviously shot. I have a large section that is loose. Probably 6-8 square foot area of tile.
Any easy fixes? Any product that can go under tile to adhere without ripping it out?
Ripping would involve cutting another check.

I think a poor float job was done and float is cracked or crumbling.
