I feel bad for this girl. She is only 13 years old and obviously doesn't have the parenting a 13 year old needs. A girl that age, who had a caring father would never ever dress and act like that.
This girl is being exploited for the purpose of entertainment. Since her mother let's her do whatever she wants (and for a parent to say her 13 year old is out of control and she can't do nothing with her is complete bullshite), she has been given a platform. She has a lot more people paying attention to her because she was on Dr Phil and talking like she has no damn sense.
While she is the one getting the attention and acting like a complete trashy whore, I do not blame her. Her mother is a worthless human who has created another worthless human.

I'm afraid this is going to go in one of two ways. She will either be featured in her own reality tv show or her own Backpage ad.
Personally, I'm hoping a strong man of character intervenes on her behalf and disconnects her from her current life and the popular culture in general, she goes to college and figures out the cure for cancer before founding a space colony on Mars. But that's not gonna happen.

Yeah, the good thing is... She is only 13... So there is time to change. The odds are against her, but one day she might end up receiving a nobel peace prize or something.. Or end up playing in a porn called "Nobel's Prize Piece"
