should be fine the day after or second day. hopefully you're just doing one hand. You won't be able to squeeze anything or press down for a couple of weeks minimum.

Yes, both hands, but we are doing them weeks/months apart. The dominant hand is severe and painful. The non-dominant failed the nerve test, but honestly, I would have just chalked up the tingling in that one to aging. But, to do them both, he said, you find out who your friends are, referring specifically to the hygiene issue.

I have done the PT and the followed the recommended office adjustments.
