Appears he was rushing to hospital bc a family member was in ER? Alcohol suspected but not confirmed

reading those comments makes me shake my head
He must have been flat out flying, and passing on the shoulder? sigh. I was coming home and passed the area. I've never seen a more bizarre wreck scene.

I live right there and thought I was driving into a check point. Huge wreck scene, neighbors said it was loud as frick.

I did too. I started freaking out because I had just woke from a 6hr nap but I had been drinking before the nap... but then I remembered someone telling me about the wreck. So so sad. I can't imagine how loud it likely was.

You've got friends of his on there whining that he wasn't drunk he was on the way to the emergency room for his goddaughter.
Alcohol is suspected by many because it was such a dumb and reckless accident.
If true I could understand wanting to be there to support your friend but not at the risk of your life and others in the car and innocent people around you.

i did'nt know him, but i did meet him 3 hrs before this wreck at a bar around false river. people that did know him say he was rushing to a hospital for a family or close friends family emergency.

Yea the crime scene tape didn't jump out at me over all the flashing lights. I'm dumb for suspecting a checkpoint I guess.

update: apparently the little girl suffered severe broken bones... She has been paralyzed since the accident but recently started getting feeling back in some areas. She has a long road to recovery from what I have been told
