You can’t be surcharged for comp claims, at least not directly. State Farm came up with some shite called CRI or something like that to get around it and still charge.
Also, you can definitely be dropped if you have enough comp claims. You are considered to be the risk due to propensity for you to have comprehensive claims.

What does that mean? I had tail lights stolen off of my truck yesterday, and was quoted about $8k. I expect my insurance to increase substantially for the next few years, so I'm curious what non-chargeable means in practice. I know the State Farm agents I know are going to be flown to Europe again in the summer for a month with their families, nearly every expense paid, of course.
