Honestly, it may not have been settled yet, based on average time for these cases.

But no, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I work for one. I often use site-search to find topics im interested in on TD. Sorry that rankles you :P

If they're 2nd on google, they spend a shite ton of money on SEO instead of billboard ads.

Well, if you aren't injured in an accident, you aren't doing it right. It seems in most cases, no matter how minor the accident, the people not at fault are somehow always so injured that they need an ambulance, and the person at fault always just walks away with no injuries. Go figure.

Funny how that happens...

Dang, how long has Ossie been dead? Seems like it would be Law Offices of Dana Brown by now.

there are hundreds of quality lawyers in BR who will do a great job for you, assuming that you were actually injured in the wreck.

And some of the advertising firms do a good job for you, but i wouldn't go MBart or D&D.

Is this where a bunch of plant workers and engineers tell us about the legal climate in Louisiana?

oh i know PI guys who work their asses off, but on the whole, the billable hour forces more time in the office. Plus the billing programs are designed to cut 15% so the insurers can save.

On a recent trip btw Thibodaux and Alexandria, I saw many billboard with my old law school Prof Eulis "Useless" Simien on them. They must be making some bank. Of course Gordon had them outgunned. Honestly I would take Eulis over Morris to represent me anyday.

st thought we had three types of lawyers in BR. Divorce, injury and DWI.

A lot of nonlawyers think this because these members of the profession are the most visible to lay people. There are a lot of different kinds of lawyers, most of them the
public rarely sees.

I think he still teaches at LSU Law, ACJ II IIRC. I opted for Moreau and the other judge.

Call Billy Theis at Beall and Theis. He is downtown. They dont advertise and Billy is about as straight as they come in personal injury.
