Caption this pic. She was just casually walking down the street with her trash can in tow.
I was at Dollar General and had to carry 40 pounds of Dog food because the homeless had stolen all the shopping carts. ANd I get home and I see this... But it was the second time today that I saw someone using a trash can as a portable storage container for their goods. First it was shopping carts and now it's trash cans.
