This is my goal. I don't go crazy with it, I just keep is reasonable.

Rice is my biggest weakness.

If you cut the carbs and eliminate vegetable oils you will improve your health across the board

BP, skin, energy, weight, glycemic levels.

And it starts to work very quickly, you just have to punch through the carb withdrawals for a day or so.

Been doing it since February and have lost 30 lbs. feel great and my energy levels have greatly improved. I’ve only cheated twice so far and got right back to it the next day so no real swings for me. Did feel more sluggish the day after for a lil while.

My best recent hack is using hummus as a refried bean replacement (just add cumin and chili powder) and jimica wraps from the Trader Joe's cooler.

I've eaten keto beef and hummus "burritos" like crazy for the past week. So heckin good. Was really the only dish that I didn't have a keto hack for

I eat complex carbs such as oatmeal, Ezekiel Bread, fruit, veggies, nuts, etc. The only sugar I eat on a fairly regular basis is coconut sugar but I’m not addicted to it.

I don't put that garbage or processed sugar in my body. You shouldn't either. Your brain will appreciate it as much as your gut.

Can I? Yes. Do I want to? No. If I feel like eating them I do. In moderation, most everything legal is okay.

Also, if you have a problem with something, you should cut it out and get some support when necessary.

I do this all the time.

If you aren't a fattie it isn't a big deal.

I’m too habitual!!
Blueberry english muffin and coffee with flavored creamer every morning.
I drink water the rest of the day.

My diet (and by diet I mean the food I eat in a day not a stupid trendy “diet”)is already restricted enough. But there are certain things I enjoy and will not give up.
There is nothing wrong with eating a potato they are low in calories and keep you full longer
I don’t think Keto is a good diet definitely not long term.

People have been eating carbs - potatoes, rice, vegetables like corn - for eons without getting diabetes or becoming overweight. I think the actual processed carbs have ruined people's metabolism and caused insulin resistance.

Apples and fruit have natural sugars and carbs. Also carrots, potatoes and starchy vegetables.

I’ll do a one or two week stretch if I’m trying to reboot my diet. I’ve gotten where I can drop into ketosis in about 2 days.

No alcohol sucks. That and having to meal prep for meat and green vegetables for every meal.
