Can you do anything but ignore your black friends on a verdict night?

I mean the title thread question sincerely. All of my black friends, about 20% of my total Facebook friends, are blasting the Bland verdict and demanding justice now and saying it's all wrong. It has happened on cue multiple other times...then I notice all the comments and likes are from their black friends. Do whites just hibernate on these types of evenings? Is there anything that could be said or is raw emotion just going to overdo any rationalization one could add to create discussion?

No clue what the Blank verdict is.

Did something happen tonight I missed? It's also crazy how most, if not all, of my black coworkers have much more rational thoughts on the issues.

Bland. You know what I mean nonetheless. But, why are these verdicts always white on black as if only one verdict means justice is served?

Post a photo of Col Sanders and type "It's all part of the plan" underneath it.
Leave them confused.

She was the woman who hung herself in prison after being wrongly arrested. Many blacks are claiming foul play.

If whites don't agree and coment, they are racist. Mob mentality has killed any legitimate discussion on these topics. That is why it will continue to fester inside of folks and cause more hate.
I am not an Obama supporter, but I thought a positive from his presidency would be to continue to work towards a color blind society. Quite the contrary. Dude turned into another race baiting agitator.

Your black friends on a "verdict night"? Sounds like a SJW kind of problem.

Don't know what this is about and don't have black friends. I'm sure I'll be able to tell what's going on at work tomorrow depending on the brothas attitudes.

Does anyone recall the wildly different reactions to the OJ verdict? I was at lunch when it came down. White and Hispanic crowd. Reaction was sort of quiet, WTF, the people resumed eating. Then the clips started of black groups (mainly students) going wild with joy and excitement, screaming and yelling.
Then polls showed that about 95percent of whities thought OJ did it, but a very high percentage of blacks said he was innocent.
That experience taught me just how differently blacks and whites can view an issue, Show folks the same set of facts, and the races often come to completely different conclusions. Life experiences and culture affect us all.
