Standing right behind them, I can see. They are usually the ones who have problems with the machines, or pay some cash and some card

Gas station on Orleans and Jeff Davis used to give you $.50 on a dollar cash back off of them. Also the brothers right across the canal in the lower 9. There are a few others as well.
