Can Baton Rouge find peace?

With everything going on in Baton Rouge will all sides ever cast away race, wealth, etc and do what is right for the people of the city?
What would you do to "fix" things as they currently are?

This is definitely where I parked my car.

ETA: BR is more divided than most other cities I've been to. I don't see that changing anytime soon. The faction that wants to bring the city together will continue to be overwhelmed and outnumbered by those who are happy to continue and fuel the divide.

Start with Gardere and then build a wall on Florida Blvd to divide the N and S

Baton Rouge and St George will soon be at peace.. Jk, there is money at stake and people will be thrown under the bus until the damn thing breaks down.

Kip was the man. He kept the MONEY happy and did his job which was keep crime above Florida Blvd for the most part.

Nothing. Just sit back from SBR and watch it burn. Broome was an idiot in the Legislature and the same will be said of her time as mayor. She is a SJW and they have no place in Louisiana cities. The poors are too government entitled to really be bothered with but she will acquiesce to their needs destroying the city.
You can call me heartless but poors cant help a city like BR when thet shoot, kill and generally destroy their neighborhoods. Hell, Northern cities are just a segregated as the South. They have overlap with zoning but the truth be told they are only are better than us in theory not in actuality.

Baton Rouge needs to divide into 2 cities. North Baton Rouge and South Baton Rouge so we don't get judged as a whole. Charleston, Little Rock, Etc all do the same.

I don't think so. The wife and I were just about to start looking for a new house near the LSU lakes. We decided to sit tight for a while and not do the bigger house in BR at this point. the trend is concerning

Yea they got a try hard center next door.
It's hardly a grocery store. I shelf with basic necessities and the food counter, with some weird combos of food.
