I’m looking for a lawyer to handle a DUI in Medina County, TX (a little SW of San Antonio). Price isn’t really an issue if this can be made to go away or dropped down to something like careless operation.
TIA
TIA

This will go one of three ways for you. It will be a great, helpful thread. It will be a complete, but entertaining disaster. Or, it could be both.

Actually no, it was 10:30AM and I wasn’t intoxicated. The only evidence they have is the little field sobriety test which I’m trying very hard to understand how I didn’t pass it considering I was fricking sober.

My best advice is not to look here for advice.

I'll never understand how someone can get a DUI in the year of our Lord 2020. Use your fricking cell phone you moron

I hope you get hammered in court. Don’t drink and drive.
I agree, those that drive drunk should be punished. Those who have a red neck in his jacked up Dodge with a train horn make you swerve into a ditch shouldn’t.

Why were you drunk at 1030am?

You’d never believe this story Ryno.

Sad. You should’ve been staying home but instead you got drunk and spread covid

Then why didn't you blow? Texas is an implied consent jurisdiction. If you had no alcohol on board I cannot understand why you didn't blow.

On a scale of 0.00 to 0.30, how hammered were you the night before?

Do I have to reiterate I wasn’t drunk? Do you think if they thought I was drunk they would have wanted a breathalyzer? Because they didn’t.
