Caitlyn Jenner suing fellow driver in fatal car crash

The I Am Cait star has reportedly filed legal documents against Jessica Steindorff, who was driving the Prius in front of Caitlyn's SUV at the time of the incident, claiming she should be held at least partly responsible for the death of Kim Howe, who was at the wheel of the Lexus.
Sources tell TMZ that Caitlyn is claiming Jessica wasn't watching the road and had been sat at a green light for a period of time.
Her lawyer Robert Simon said: "It's unfortunate that she continues to not take responsibility for a crash she clearly caused."
Meanwhile, the 66-year-old former Olympian and Jessica have never seen eye to eye after she previously insisted the television personality should have never been handed an award for courage.
She said: "I find it difficult to understand how the culture we live in can award a person who is responsible for taking a life and injuring several others with both an award and a reality show. For an individual who is such a positive role model in many aspects of her life, Caitlyn has failed to do the right thing and take responsibility for her actions.
"I would hope that someone who seems to greatly value the importance of human existence would be more sensitive to the fact that she ended another person's life. Sadly we are living in a tabloid society."

If I'm in a lawsuit involving Jenner, I'm referring to "her" as "him" in every interview, court document, etc.

Sounds like this is the fault of the Lexus driver for hitting the Prius, and Bruce for following too close behind the Lexus.

A man that dresses up as a woman is not a hero in my book. What's sad is that everyone is going along with it. Older people said when television was invented that it would bring all The sins of Hollywood and put them in your living room. I guess they where right after all.
