Bought a couch from them with no problems a few years ago. The couch has held up well. I will not buy anything else from them though simply because I hate their mandatory "delivery charge" method of extracting more $ from you.

You can get the same quality at Walmart... only difference is you have to put it together yourself.

Got coffee and end tables from there 15 yrs ago in Dallas.
Picked it up ourselves with a truck.

I'm of NO USE here.

They have the cheapest made furniture I've seen from a name brand.

Was in their warehouse and noticed a couch with a slice in the fabric. I looked inside and it's pure cheap crap. Won't last two years unless you don't use it at all.

Quality is shite and prices aren't low enough to make it worth it. Unless you're some starving college student, go hit up the clearance section at a real furniture store and buy something that won 't need replacing 3-5 years from now.

I tried once to buy a $400 table for my old apartment from the one in Lafayette, the exchange went like this:

Sales Guy: Let's run your info and get your financing set up.
Me: I have cash.
SG: That's ok too. We can deliver on Monday, between 6AM and 9PM
Me: That's quite a spread, but if I can get a call about half an our before, I can get home.
SG: We can't do that.
Me: Fine, I'll go pick it up myself.
SG: Our distribution center is in Mississippi
Me: (annoyed) I can drive.
SG: you can't do that.
Me: frick this noise, Bye.

I bought some of my first furniture there about 10 years ago when I got my first place to live. I got a bedroom set and still have it to this day. That's the only thing I've ever bought from them though. I only did it for the 100 years no interest

I got my bed from there in 2008. It's probably time for a new one.

Why do you need a new one? You mean a new mattress? Or you have one of these?

Their delivery service does suck. some of their furniture does suck but i am happy with the mattress couch set i bought from there.

ETA: You definitely know where you stand socioeconomically in the world when you furniture shop.

My girlfriend at the time bought living room furniture from them about 7 years ago. We are married now and the furniture is falling apart. I wouldn't ever buy furniture there after seeing for myself how cheap it is.

Rooms to go in general is crap. Not just in baton rouge.

Americas factory direct is where I get a lot of pieces.

Bought a living room set from them when I bought my house. Shipped it no problem, and even offered to help set it up and put together the tables. Overall good experience with them.
