'10 Frontier CC LWB 90,000+ miles and nothing but one set of tires and regular maintenance. Still on the original brake pads and rotors with no vibration.

Yes, it is the 4.0, but the newer 05+ use a chain instead of belt. If it had a belt, I would have changed the belt, tensioner, idler pullies and water pump about 30,000 miles ago.
