Business idea - why In the world is this not happening

I would pay GOOD money for both if available. Why is this not a thing yet????
ETA: Good point I deleted but I don’t really care about making money I just want the convenience of not having to deal with that stuff

ETA: there are 30 plus people that do it at Galatoire’s so why can’t I hire anyone to do it at jazz fest??

This does exist in larger cities and has for quite some time. So don’t worry, NOLA will have this convenience by 2024.
