If you take a shite in a Bucees, but they clean up behind you like it never happened, did you actually take a shite in a Bucees?

Bucees is one of those ideas that goes against all logic. Have 100 gas pumps, sell a ton of over priced shite, food, etc all in the middle of nowhere.

Not even close

Busy B's are much nicer than your average gas station, but Buccees blows them out of the water

Only place I have ever seen a six foot long three and a half foot tall sheet metal armadillo for sale. Not sure what the neighbors think about it, but I love the thing.

Thank you Bucees for classy yard art.

Never seen a Bucees but people here seem to love it.

Is it a Louisiana thing or a Texas thing?

How does Bucees compare to Quik Trip?

Never been to one, but according to a friend, who travels to Texas, a lot for work... The bathrooms makes you feel like a king.

The large cinnamon rolls (no pecans). The BBQ beef sandwich. The beaver bite cookies, which put the nuggets to shame. I could keep going.

Its a Texas thing all the way.

They were supposed to open 2 locations in LA, but backed out and have skipped over LA and MS as they expand to the east. They are now in the process of building 2 locations in the Mobile, AL area and will be moving into the FL market soon.

They need to open a few up out in west TX.

After reading the thread I see that there is no comparison. Fresh jerky and brisket sandwiches are better than chicken taquitos and Rooster Booster all day every day.

A regular Buc-ees is about 3000 square feet: a large convenience store.

A Buc-ees Travel Center is a completely different beast. They're north of 50,000 square feet. They might have 100 gas pumps and a lot with 7-800 parking spots. Guinness was investigating one of the newer ones to see if it had the largest car wash on the planet.

To put that into perspective, A Sam's Warehouse is around 135,000 square feet and a Walmart without the grocery store part is about 100,000 square feet. Buc-ees travel centers are fricking huge.

Whatever the hell Quik Trip is does not compare to a Buc-ees Travel Center. They are a glorious abomination.

Bucees is the chicfila of the grocer/convenience/gas world. Prideful, happy, well paid employees, clean facilities, great product.

I bet you'd get beaver nuggets for life if your wife gave birth in the bathroom there. And you know it'd be safe since they are as clean as operating rooms.

Another plus about their Travel Centers is that they don’t allow 18 Wheelers. This goes along way to keeping them so clean. You also don’t get creepy dirty truck drivers lounging around

The big travel centers started around 2000. It is 100% Texas, started in SE Texas I believe.

They are wonderful.

They don't allow 18 wheelers.

I went to one last week at around 9:30am, and they were chopping freshly smoked meat. It smelled amazing.

Don’t they just buy food/snacks/candy and repackage it on their own packaging to make the novelty of it more appealing?
