That's because your memory is damaged from getting your arse kicked so much in high school.

Oh shite, I'd get in on this. Toss in Delgado and we can make this a cage match. I'd wreck shop.

Delgado v. Heck for Mayor would be a very interesting/entertaining race.

I think seeing heck for mayor president versus Delgado would be a good race.

We do need to do something in this parish to change our education system or we will continue to lose families to LP/AP.

Business will follow the families and what will be left is a lot of vacant property along with poverty. Look at Choctaw, Hollywood & plank road, Florida blvd east, and airline hwy north of I-10. Then drive on airline hwy in the prairieville area or hwy 16 from ds to Watson. Which area is growing and what is helping them grow?

Heck's family got some serious money and owns a lot of commercial property in the parish plus heck concrete. I think he can hold his own in an election for mayor and they can drum up support.

I had him for English IV AP. We talked him out of making us write a term paper. In exchange we all had to pass the AP exam. Which we did.

And it would be an absolute travesty for this city.

Yeah boy. Tons of major businesses opening in zachary, denham, prairieville, gonzales, central.

Oh wait. No, there isn't.

Meanwhile, Downtown Baton Rouge has two landmark achievements which will provide not just jobs in numbers, but jobs that aren't the shitty service jobs that go to the burbs (when the burbs actually get things to move out there) with only more high paying jobs to come.

I think the ones we know that are running for mayor now are Delgado, Smokie, and Broome. Add in Norman Browning and a Central/Zachary candidate.

None of the above is what I am thinking right now

I bypassed numbers right for corporal punishment. Dude used to punch me and kick me out all the time.

I loved his class. Dude started the year with the, "you can't prove your mother's own existence" lecture about atheists.

Neither Delgado or heck would be worth a damn as the mayor/ parish president. Delgado would fold under pressure in a crisis, even something as simple as a hurricane God forbid we ever have a major issue from petrochemichal etc, additionally I hate to think of the idiots Delgado would surround himself with. It's funny how much Delgado is becoming smokie, just the guy he vilified (owns a bar, try's to bully people, says stupid things etc) Heck is a nice guy but keeps his foot in his mouth. That's the reason he left his previous employer. For the record I am against the st George deal and know both of these guys

I'm trying to remember one of his expressions, but he used to do or say something that cracked me up. I'd start laughing then I'd be up at the chalkboard doing numbers half the class. I love that guy and he really is one of the reasons I chose my educational path into the sciences.

I think Delgado and Heck are both very passionate about improving the city, and had high hopes for them when they were elected. They both need to learn to get a filter, and obviously can't learn from each others mistakes. I would trust either one of them with the keys to the city before Smokie or Broome, if faced with that choice(not a good one)

The expression was to look at you like you were stupid, but it only made him goofier. THe entire class cracked up when he did that.

I'm pretty sure I could whip the arse of the entire metro council. Consecutively, they're pretty soft.
