I know he's traveled to other disaster areas over the years....I wonder if this is actually more widespread than what we see here

Jesus. Read that article. He ripped off his own employee. She was his Project Manager. How psycho is this guy?

If she was really a project manager she would have known what was going and should probably be accountable to some of this.
Considering he ripper her off as well her job title was probably more like phone answering person.

Read the article.
She came on the week after the floods and then quit shortly thereafter when she started to get a sense of what was happening.

Channel 9 has a story on him right now. EBR big house has him.

I did. More just that she calls herself a project manager, yet doesnt have a clue about what is next.
Maybe its just the article or glorified use of "project manager"
Maybe im just a little salty today.

No. I think you are spot on. I was more referring to the fact that he is even scamming one of his own employees. I think the lady is pretty damn dumb to be putting herself in the media and claiming she was the "Project Manager" for a company that is receiving criminal investigation interest for its projects. If she wants to say anything in the paper it should be "I had no idea what was going on at that place." She needs to shut her mouth before she talks her way into a pair of handcuffs.

I'm curious to know what kind of jail time he might get and what prison he'll go to....Any good guesses?

White collar crime. I would bet his sentence / prison situation is totally dependent on how much he spends on his defense team. He better sell that giant house.
There will certainly be lots of restitution involved. If he has liquid assets versus having blown all the money he stole, he will be in a much better position.
This is one of the times that being prosecuted federally is better than state. Not too many luxury prisons in the state system.

unless he has a stash of cash hidden somewhere, his "living the good life" days are pretty much done.

I have had a couple sit down chats with him over the past 3 or 4 months. Grade A d-bag. Always talked about running a "God-fearing business" and talked about his plans to become a national franchise. Always boasted about his 50% growth 3 years straight.
There really is a spot in hell for this man.

From my time there, she better hope they don't look at all the stuff from her company phone otherwise she will be in trouble for insurance fraud herself

What I hope ends up biting him in the arse harder is the fact that he took a lot of the money from the FEMA grants that were given to these people. Thus, it would be nice if it were a federal charge or two coming his way for that, in addition to the other things he stole. Also, at the very least, all liens should go away.
