That makes zero sense... paying for multiple locations because the NAG wants to do it's own thing...Sweet Jesus

There are plenty of oil and gas companies already in Denver and have been for a long time.

good, Denver and all of Colorado definitely needs some Texan influence. Might get those hippie libtards to put down the hookah and get a job.

Ah yes. Kinda like we also don't understand that there are also oil company HQs in OKC, or Dallas, or Austin...

Text from family member who works for BP:
"They're only moving the land-based exploration and production group (Not the Gulf of Mexico group) to Denver. Which is only about 200 people out of 10,000."
ETA: I see that my family member is terrible at estimating numbers

Haha yea what once was NAG has been molded into a new, smaller more compact group. It is mind blowing that their USON staff comprises of roughly 200 employees. There were remote, podunk field offices that had 200 employees.

Colorado GDP: $295.3B
Louisiana GDP: $239.3B
Texas GDP: $1.414 TRILLION

Colorado probably gave them a sweet tax deal and arrange other perks to get them to move

I worked in the BP building for 10 years, wonder what they will do with all that office space.
