its sad how many cases like this there are out there
i've seen doctors testify to the suffering that these little kids mustve been going through during the actually scalding and then afterwards while they died from exposure
i believe the death penalty exists for these people
for people that can take the lives of the most innocent
those are the ones who have no place on this earth

We had a case like this here in 1993 - guy was convicted but is still on death row:
"Defendant instructed the victim (his four year old stepson who went to the bathroom in his pants) to wash out his soiled underwear in the toilet and then take a bath. When the victim hesitated to do so,defendant hit him over the head with the handle of a screwdriver several times with enough force to render him unconscious. Thereafter, the victim was immersed in the bathtub which was filled with scalding hot water."
Guy should have been gone from this earth a long time ago.
