Boosie says he won't move back to BR; cites police corruption and Nola violence

I think it's probably a smart idea for him to stay away. He made a lot of enemies, but sounds like he maybe learned his lesson.

Police Corruption isn't why Boosie stayed in trouble but it's probably a wise move. I'm sure he'll stay out of trouble in a new city.
