I believe it was my post that got whacked. I agree that your clever use of the 4 should be an acceptable substitution. I used the star for the "i" and ended in the, generally, less offensive "a" ending. However, I thought I was in character.
I certainly did not mean to offend. I was actually poking fun at white people who get on the #freeboosie #free2Chainz, etc., trying to be cool - rather than offend people based on immutable characteristics outside of that person's control.
However, in the grand scheme of things, your position that you can utilize the word, while others cannot (particularly in this day and age, where communication is instant, without pause for reflection) - just does not hold water.
Either all of it is okay, or none of it is.
Particularly in light of the fact that neither of us were directing the comment at another poster - I thought we were both okay with the use.
However, I'm comfortable with both being whacked - and I assume you RA'd mine, after TH RA'd yours.
