So I was sitting at breakfast this morning and all of a sudden my back just seized up, before that it was fine. For the last 9 hours I have not been able to really move. If I try to stand my back just seizes and I fall to the ground and it is the worst pain for like 30 seconds before it stops. I can't even crawl and have had to had help to get to the bathroom. If I move at all it siezes and it feels like I can't breathe and my body is shocked.WTF? Is this a pinched nerve or something? I'm in the middle of the woods otherwise I would be at the hospital. Anyone know what this is or what I can do? I took Advil and a Soma but that's all I have. Please help.

I pinched a nerve and pulled my back giving cunnilingus once.

If you have a bad back, it doesn't have to a strenuous event that sets an episode off.

Start stretching your back out. Start by trying to touch your toes. Just hang down and get your head down to your knees.

Tennis ball. Start by leaning on it against a sterdy wall and roll it on the knotted up muscles. Get to where you can do it on the floor. If it is more than knotted up muscles pinching nerves, see a professional. Roll it all over the knot(s). It will hurt like hell but will eventually get the knots to release.

Take some motrin too.

It's a disc problem imo. I've had the same issues. See a doctor asap. Load up on some aleve in the mean time and rest.

Also, you won't be moving at full strength for a while

When you had it could you literally not stand on your own? If I try it I can get like halfway up fine and then bam it's like some nerve is pinched and it just drops me straight to the floor. It's not a pussy thing, it's like it just makes my body stop working.

Yoga poses help. Cat and cow, supine spinal twist. Leg raises or bicycle pedaling while flat on my back also help stretch it out. Time. Flexeril.

Yes. I know exactly what you're going through. You won't be walking without difficulty for a few days. It happened to me recently. It's the worst. I got an mri and have a bulging disc.

Don't even bother trying to stretch right now if it's that bad. Go to a doctor. You need rest and ice it
