Kelley was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct for failing to obey a lawful order, and the officer wrote that he thought he might be reaching for a weapon.
it could have easily been avoided had the perps just complied with the officers orders

Wait, I thought that non-lethal force was what everybody wanted. Now the cops can't even tase people?

This is a perfect example of....
... the consequences of cooperating with LOEs and not cooperating. Look at the guy on the right. He went home unscathed and probably had to go bail his dumbass friend out of jail. Just act like a normal human and this whole thing would have been over in less than 10 minutes.
Anybody that screams racism at this video is just a baiter and stands for everything that is wrong with America.

Damn there is so much dumb in this thread

I was telling Spur to take your opinion with a grain of salt because you refuse to admit in most these cases that what we don't see could change the narrative entirely which is where he appears to be sitting.
Yup. My lone question to start this thread was whether a pretty serious charge was substatiated. That's it. DGAF about the race of the cop or suspect.
Predictably, his response to a benign question (not even directed at him, mind you) was more race-based rhetoric. Then he turns around and says he wishes I'D quit talking shite to HIM.
Amazing

Some folks are real quick to side with the cops, no matter what.

That is the problem we are having in this country. White people don't care about black people and vice versa. We are always going to be divided unless we start caring about each other no matter what color you are.

WEll if he really truly thought he was reaching for a gun then he should have just shot him with a real firearm..right?
Thats what happened in Baton Rouge and everyone was crying, "Why couldn't they just use a taser"?
The cops just cant win in any situation

I honestly don't give a frick what anyone else does as long as they leave me alone. I don't hate anyone because of skin color.

So your response to my question is to deflect? Keep on keepin on, frick the truth if it makes me think my ingrained opinion may be wrong, right?
TO answer your question I'm the type of person that makes you say that ain't right when you see what I sent your girl as she is begging for it before I curve her arse because she was too scared to let me PIIHB.

BS, plenty of people care about other races. The problem is with authority. The problem is on both sides though. People that questions a cops authority will bring out the worse in a cop. In that same realm some cops are over zealous with authority.
I'm no saint so if I have to deal with a cop I give him complete respect. That's just me though, I don't understand why as a private citizen would you escalate the situation by giving a cop attitude

Didn't know they had blacks in Colo.

Of course he ain't black he has posted multiple times how he is glad he doesn't live around them anymore.
The blackest man I know will tell you just how happy he is not to live around them as well. It is a quality of life issue not a racial one.
The only difference is he does not call them black.

The DOJ has recently been making a habit of interjecting themselves into many shootings that would normally be left to other investigative agencies. It so happens that the results of their investigation usually conflict with the PC narrative.

Not deflecting at all. I just find it much more worrisome when the most powerful man in our country and our supposedly unbiased national media always side against the officer. I'm not sure why you wouldn't.
