Thankfully the dude in the police car didn't get hit. A cop unloaded a whole clip and didn't hit his target. An innocent bystander could have easily been hit. What a fricking dumbass...

Apparently the guy being arrested was known to have a silencer on his gun. Nevertheless, this is ridiculous. Cop let his imagination run wild and had a panic attack.
