Got a queen mattress that was a POS. It couldnt be repacked so I just slapped the return label on it and dumped it at the UPS store with no plastic cover or anything. The guy at the store didnt bat an eye.
Got a chair recently that was defective. I just dumped all the parts back in the box with no foam or styrofoam, horrible metal grinding noises as I dumped it on ground at UPS store.
