I simply pressure washed the house and driveway...was a really nice couple. I liked the work over there. They didn't mind spending money and on their mark ups just said yes on everything. $800 for 4-5 hours....that disposable income doe

?? Price is same but people with disposable income usually go for the markup packages .windows, lamp cleans, guttera, etc.

Man this sucks. They are very nice people. I guess I'll get to do plans on this house for a second time. This house isn't but a year old.
