Would it be best to take Causeway or I-55 to I-10?

ETA: By land in a motor vehicle with 4 wheels ('11 Sierra 5.3L V8) and on a highway preferably

That's the way that I'd typically go, but just wasn't sure about traffic

I10 should be fine by then but you could avoid pretty much any traffic taking the causeway at that time.

Traffic going east is on the spillway, then might slow down again til power, but usually a nice gap until you get closer to downtown. The causeway puts you right in that gap.

Causeway might be 5-10 slower with no traffic either way, so depending on how important it is, causeway might be best option. The spillway can get jammed sometimes pretty unexpectedly, and nowhere to get off = delays

Definitely causeway. Opposite most commuters and puts you right at the 610.
