I'm not an expert on Key West, stopped in for a couple hours on a cruise over the summer. But did my homework and found this little Cuban joint called Juan Loves Lucy, 124 Duval St.

It doesn't front on Duval St. so if you go to fast you'll miss it. But the pork with congri is worth stopping in. It's almost a dive, but the food is good and the family are pretty nice.

Old Town is the place to go.

Duval is a clean Bourbon Street. Hemingway Festival is a great time to go.

If there is a Cruise Ship or two docking GTFOff of Duval. It gets packed and is full of Disney Cruise type people.

Sunset festival. It's happening every evening at (guess what time) .... sunset. Then you gotta walk Duval street.

Note: Expect to see open displays of affection between same sex couples.

If you're gonna do Cuban, I'd suggest El Siboney. It's a little outside the main Duval St. area, but it's bikeable/walkable from there.

Don't forget to stand in line for 30 minutes to take a picture at the southernmost tip.

Garbos Grill on Green Street. It's mobile husband /wife owned - eat the Korean Beef Tacos. You are welcome!

Go on top of the Old Town Parking Garage at night to see everything in the town without bumping into folks - it's @ corner of Caroline and Grinnell.
