Best Sport Coat for Teens

Occasionally I want to tell my teen boys ( 13 & 14) to wear a sport coat someplace. (ie football banquet, nice dinner, etc)
Problem is, I can't seem to find anything decent. Don't wanna spend a fortune cause they are growing, but I want something more than a navy blazer.
Anybody know of any place that has a fair selection of casual sport coats for teen boys?

Jos A Bank, always running deals around xmas. Not the greatest quality, but if they're wearing them occasionally anyway should be fine.
