Best Romantic Beach Town within a day's drive from Baton Rouge

SO and I will be taking a short vacation this summer and she wants to do the beach this year. Figured we'd drive there, stay for 3 nights, and then drive back. Just the two of us, no kids or anything. Looking for a place where we can stay on the water and relax. Best places to try?
