Best black and grey tattoo artist in Louisiana?

I am looking to get a new tattoo and need recommendations for a good artist. I want an artist that can do photorealism in black and grey. Any suggestions? Also, if yall have links to their work or instagram it would be very helpful. Thanks!

I went to a guy based out of a Winnebago in the Wal Mart parking lot once, and he did an okay job. It gave me an infection, but some strong antibiotics cleared that up. Oh, and hep c.
