Day before my 21st birthday I was told I was cancer free. My oncologist said congrats... also I know tomorrow is your 21st birthday... you have a chemo treatment next week so do what you are gonna do but for the love of God please dry out before your treatment.

My ex wife let me put it in her butt for the first time, that’s also when she found out she liked anal and let me do it all the time after that.

My 80th a few weeks ago - a birthday bj and three days of partying. Doesn't get any better.

Was in Nashville for NRA Convention. Got to see Jeff Foxworthy and Alan Jackson at Bridgestone Arena.

That these two events happened near one another and nearly at the same time is either a fantastic coincidence or a stroke of marketing genius.

Toss up between Fun Fair Park or Leo’s Rollerland. I wasn’t old and had so much damn fun at those two places, that it made me forget about presents. Baton Rouge was a much better place back then.

My birthday is in the beginning of September and it usually falls on or around opening weekend of CFB so it usually depends on how good LSU does that week . My 21st was in Atlanta for UNC/LSU, that was fun. Also went to Colorado Springs for a birthday week one year, got to see Air Force play a game and do a bunch of other outdoorsy stuff in Colorado, that one stands out.

18 was awesome. Of legal drinking age in New Orleans in the 80s. Fat Harry's, AT2s, TJs, Shanahan's. Shots at Sitting Duck. Jager at the Boot. Finished it off trying to run the table of mixed drinks at Nick's. Got about 2/3 through then lights went out.

35 was pretty sweet. Upstairs wine room at Clancy's with 6 other couples, most turning 35 about then. Lots of good wine, food and friends.

40 was special. My mom made me a childhood favorite meal I'd not had in years, and I was surrounded by my wife, kids and parents.

And a few other good ones fishing with my Dad.

21st

Was on a Friday so went out Thursday at midnight, got hammered, lost my ID. Next day smoked a birthday blunt, went out for a steak dinner, then had a kegger at our apartment. Met a hot blonde chick that night who is now my wife.

Last month I turned 70. My son, daughter-in-law, and their two daughters - one who will turn 3 next week and one who turned one in August - had me over for a party.

I've had a lot of wild birthdays, but they pale in comparison to the time I had on September 10, 2021 (and I remember it!).

My 19th shortly after arriving in Vietnam. Found out my buddies never wished you a happy birthday. They would just say “may you be 20.”

It meant even more to me a year later when I turned 20 safe and back home.

13 years old. Went to my first and only Saints game in the superDome. Saints beat San Francisco 31-20 (1980).

Got back to Baton Rouge and my mother had me a battery Mattel Baseball game. Had a pounding headache that day but I enjoyed the football game and the present.

Easy, 31, my son was born, came two weeks early to share my birthday. I don't think I could top that going forward.

Don't know what the odds are of that happening, but has to be pretty low.
