Been doing it for years. The downside is when you're not staying at home it's hard to get to sleep in clothes when you get used to sleeping naked

I tried to sleep naked after seeing this article recently. My wife didn't appreciate it since we're co-sleeping with my 8 year old. I tried to cite the benefits, but she wasn't having any of it.
