Any time I’ve taken it, I’ve felt like shite the next morning. I try to avoid medication if at all possible. If allergies, try Zyrtec or Allegra

I think Benadryl stays in your system for 48 hours. I take it everyday for allergies cuz nothing else works.

Had a buddy who would take way too many. One ruins me for the day because I can’t stop being drowsy. He was eating these like skittles and was fired up like a cocaine high.
