I have a lot of black friends (Kobe = GOAT) and many of them are starting to post videos of protests they've attended. I've got to say:

1. So far I am REALLY impressed with their message. Nothing I saw promoted division or hate. The one speaker I listened to stated that they needed to love their families and respect the law. To live for their kids

2. The locals HATE the idea of the out of town BLM instigators coming in and are legitimately preparing to ignore them and tell them to get lost. They want nothing to do with them at all. They really want peace.

With the out of state BLM coming in today I hope it stays that way, just know many of the local blacks hate them as much as we do.

It wasn't really a protest from what I saw. It was more like a group of people banding together to encourage one another to not let perceived ideas of the system keep them down. To press on and try harder to be better people themselves for their kids.

The only video I saw was the one where numerous fellows with their underpants hanging out were bouncing around like fools and jumping on a truck hood. I'm still waiting for an interpretation of that message.

Let's see how well they act when the two cops aren't charged.

I know you don't need to be told, but arm yourself BR. This is just the beginning.

Looked like a mix between Mardi Gras, a festival and just some idiots hopping around for no reason.

Saw one yesterday where a well spoken young black male tried to be rational and was shouted down by a woman in full African dress and told it's not the time for peace.

This guy got on his knees and prayed to some holy book and left

This should be the message. Take note, America.

Baton Rouge is a different breed of cat than Ferguson/Baltimore. Whites and blacks live together, work together, more or less respect each other. Pretty much the same can be said for New Orleans.

That BLM shite isn't going to play as well down here.
