I haven't checked it out since before the failed golf course folded. It looks like it's a pretty nice development now.

My uncle lives in there. Great neighborhood.

Couple of ponds they stocked with some hybrid bass out of Florida.

Couple miles of walking paths.

Disc Golf Course.

Pool area with fire pit and patio.

Also a couple hundred acres of wildlife "sanctuary" where you can hunt.

The individual neighborhoods hold functions, its pretty connected neighborhood.

We were looking in there a little over a year ago and while its extremely nice, we were told that it would take a while to get to the interstate in the mornings due to traffic. I did like all of the activities they have to do out there though.

That intersection by Hannan can be a beast. Need a roundabout there

A roundabout would be horrible there and I teally hope they dont go through with it. A roundabout does not work well at intersections with alot of semi-truck traffic. In order for a roundabout to work, vehicles have to be able to stop and go realky fast and you cant do that with a semi. We live right down the street from Hannan and while the light sucks at the intersection, they just need turning lanes at all 4 points.

Building a garden home. Very nice country like setting. Big bass in the lakes. Deer and turkeys

As for the flooding it is just in he front entrance, they are building a burm to prevent the water from overflowing the creek

The roundabout is in progress. All of the utility infrastructure is in place, as well as the foundations for the new utility poles.

I live in Fox Branch, just up 1085 from Bedico Creek. We looked at building in Bedico Creek, but decided on buying here last year instead.

Are they going to rebuild all of the roads once the construction is done? When we looked about a year ago, the roads were in terrible shape.
